At what time is check-in and check-out?

  • Check-in begins at 4 PM CST and check-out is at 11 AM CST

If I arrive earlier than the check-in time, or depart later than check-out, can the hotel store my luggage?

  • Yes, the hotel will store luggage for guests who arrive early or depart later than the arrival and departure times.

What do I need to be able to check-in?

  • Guests checking-in must present the credit card used for pre-payment, deposits, or incidentals, along with a valid ID. Guests may change their source of payment at the time of check-in if the credit card previously used is not available.

Does the hotel put a hold for incidentals?

  • Yes, to cover incidentals the hotel will hold $200 USD per day. Any amount that is not used will be released to your card upon check-out. Depending on your financial institution, please allow 7-10 business days for the release to reflect on your statement.

Do you allow pets?

  • We understand that your pets are part of your family and we welcome them to our home. We have a 25lbs weight limit per pet and no more than 2 pets per room. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 USD will be applied to your account upon arrival. If you plan to travel with your pet, please let us know prior to your arrival at guestservices@nobuhotelchicago.com.

Is the hotel a non-smoking hotel?

  • Yes, we are a non-smoking property. Please note there will be a $500 cleaning fee for policy infringement.

What is the hotel’s cancelation policy?

  • Cancelations must be made by 6 PM (CST), 72 hours prior to arrival, to avoid a penalty charge.

Is parking available?

  • Yes, overnight valet parking is available at $78 per night, including in-and-out privileges.

What are my dining options at the hotel?

  • Breakfast and lunch is served daily in the Nobu Restaurant. Dinner is available both in the Nobu Restaurant or at the Rooftop. If you wish to stay in your room and dine privately, we offer in-room dining. Our restaurant hours are located on our dining page. Reservations are required.

Is there a complimentary airport shuttle?

  • We do not offer airport shuttle services. However, we will be happy to arrange transportation for you. For assistance, please contact us at guestservices@nobuhotelchicago.com

Do you offer turndown service?

  • Yes, in addition to daily service, we offer complimentary PM turndown service.

Do you have connecting rooms?

  • We do have a limited number of connecting Suites to Deluxe Rooms. Connecting rooms are not guaranteed and are based upon availability. Requests to have connecting rooms should be made at the time of booking.

What is the minimum age to check-in?

  • The minimum age for check-in is 21.
