We guarantee that when you book on this website, you’ll get the best available rate.  Please review our terms and conditions to ensure your reservation is eligible for our Best Rate Guarantee.

Submission must be made prior to the end of your cancellation period (noted in your confirmation email) in order to get an immediate rate adjustment to your reservation. The rate to match must be for the same booking criteria (as the number of adults and children with ages, room type, stay dates, promotion to apply and publicly available and bookable). If there are specific rules associated with the rate you find, (e.g. full-prepayment, etc.), your amended reservation would need to follow these new rules. Complete the request form within 48 hours of booking your reservation. Our Best Rate Guarantee only applies for reservations made on this website (chicago.nobuhotels.com).

Nobu Chicago West Loop Hotel Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to unpublished rates, which are not available to the general public. Rates not available to the general public include, but are not limited to:

• Corporate discount rates
• Group rates
• Meeting rates
• Any rates requiring membership in a club such as AAA rates or AARP rates, affinity program, or other organization where the rates are targeted specifically toward a specific group of individuals and not intended for the general public
• Direct mail solicitations
• Electronic mail solicitations
• Package rates that include the room and other components such as flight, car rental, entertainment, and/or non-breakfast meals
• Package or group add-on rates that extend the length of a stay
• Rates negotiated for stays extending beyond 30 nights
• Rates that are available on auction websites
• Rates available on Websites that do not disclose the hotel brand until the reservation is completed

The screenshot to validate the Best Rate Guarantee must be the checkout page with the total rate (taxes and fees included) and comparing the same currency. We strive to answer your Best Price Guarantee request within two business days. Screenshots must include the final price, dates of stay, time, date of the booking, room type, cancellation policies, and fees are mandatory.
